You will need:
1 can (540 mL) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (398 mL) whole-kernel corn, drained
1 large mango, peeled and diced
1 cup chopped tomatoes of your preference
2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 small avocados, diced
Serves four.
Prep:
1. All you do is put all of these wonderful ingredients in a bowl, and mix!
